• I will send you over a questionnaire designed so that I can get a good understanding of your business & the obstacle you're facing. This means that we can make the most of our hour together.
  (This questionnaire is powerful in it's own right, I've had clients tell me they've had breakthroughs just filling it in!)

• Then it's time for our call.
  We'll spend a few minutes getting to know each other, and I like to make sure that I have understood everything you need correctly.
  

• We will look at some possible systems and solutions, you can choose the ones to implement that you feel would work best for you.

• We spend some time looking at HOW you can implement them most effectively, because knowing what to do without the how is only half the answer.

• After our call I will send you a breakdown of what we discussed & action steps for you.

• A couple of weeks later I will send you a catch- up email to see how you've got on and answer any remaining questions you have.
