I will send you over a questionnaire designed so that I can get a good understanding of your business & the obstacle you're facing. This means that we can make the most of our hour together.
(This questionnaire is powerful in it's own right, I've had clients tell me they've had breakthroughs just filling it in!)Then it's time for our call.
We'll spend a few minutes getting to know each other, and I like to make sure that I have understood everything you need correctly.We will look at some possible systems and solutions, you can choose the ones to implement that you feel would work best for you.
We spend some time looking at HOW you can implement them most effectively, because knowing what to do without the how is only half the answer.
After our call I will send you a breakdown of what we discussed & action steps for you.
A couple of weeks later I will send you a catch- up email to see how you've got on and answer any remaining questions you have.

We will have 1 call a week together, where we will focus on one specific area.
We start by looking at the less-tangibles, because these are the backbone of everything. Once these are in place, everything else becomes clearer and easier to implement.
You will then have the week to work on what we talk about, before the next week.
You are welcome to email in between calls if you have any questions or get stuck.
At the end of the 12 weeks you will have built a solid foundation, where you know -
Who your ideal client is and how to reach them.
The exact steps to take to get customers coming to you rhythmically.
Have systems in place to handle enquires and appointments so your customers are getting 5* service and you are not tied to your phone/computer/desk.
How to stay in control, calm and productive when things do not go to plan.
Be advised this is called INTENSIVE for a reason. Please do not join if you are not committed to putting in the time between sessions. (Typically 3-4 hours a week)
If you do not factor in time for implementation you will not get the most out of this experience. Your success depends upon you doing the work.
